4️⃣ 🛠️ Soffit — damaged or deteriorating sections
5️⃣ 🔨 Fascia — loose, damaged, or beginning to separate
6️⃣ 💧 Gutters — leaves, debris, and areas needing attention
7️⃣ 🏡 Siding — loose, damaged, or separated panels
8️⃣ 💦 Downspout — damaged and no longer properly aligned
9️⃣ 🚪 Front Door — visible deterioration indicating replacement may be needed
🔟 🔧 Garage Trim — damaged/loose exterior trim
