Merry Christmas Eve! It’s truly the week where everything comes together, and it’s remarkable to think about all the planning and coordination that goes into making it happen.

This morning, as I arrived at the office, I couldn’t help but focus on the incredible work of our administrative team. Even on Christmas Eve, they’re already hard at work—following up on last night’s activities, coordinating with the operations team, and ensuring every administrative detail is handled with care. They take immense pride in their work, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, quality, innovation, and exceptional standards.

It reminds me of what makes Tiffany’s jewelry so special. Beyond the beauty of their products, it’s their dedication to the bigger picture—their brand values and the consistent excellence they deliver. That same level of dedication is what I see in our team every day.
