About Us:
We’re looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team in a hybrid office role, combining administrative duties with lead generation and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping to drive business growth and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee the scheduling of projects and services for both the landscape and construction businesses, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
• Business Efficiency: Identify and implement processes to improve office operations, from invoicing to customer communication.
• Marketing & Social Media Management: Develop and execute marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, and create content that promotes our services and generates new leads.
• Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, focusing on service expansion and growing our client base.
• Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Manage invoicing, payments, and budgeting for the office, assisting in the financial oversight of projects and services.
• Service Expansion: Work with management to identify new service areas and ways to increase market share in both industries.
• Technology Integration: Utilize software like Jobber (or similar) for route setup, scheduling, invoicing, and customer management.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration, scheduling, or business operations.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Proficiency with office software and business management platforms like Jobber (or willingness to learn).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive business growth.
• Familiarity with landscape and/or construction industries is a plus.
