Confession:

The Mini Barn isn’t our most-requested model.

But after seeing this one finished as a chicken coop, we’re wondering why it’s not? 😍

Finished in classic red and white, this little coop has all the charm of a traditional farm barn.

And those little yellow rain boots beside it?

That’s when you know you’ve created something special.

Because the best backyard projects aren’t just enjoyed by the chickens—they become part of family memories too.

Apex Shed Company started because of a windstorm and a shed that didn’t survive it.

Seriously.

A cheap tin shed blew apart in a Utah storm, and when we went looking for a replacement, we kept thinking the same thing:

“We can build a better shed than this.”

That one thought eventually turned into Apex Shed Company.

We wrote the full story of how a blown-down tin shed, a lot of hard work, a big family, and a “do it right” mindset helped build Apex into the company it is today.

💭 YOUR vision brought to life with the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality!

Leslie had great vision for this shed and brought her own cedar porch posts, selected T1-11 siding, and vertically installed Trex boards to match her existing coop.

The finished result turned out great! We love working its customer to design something that feeds their needs and style perfectly! 👌🏼
