Ward has staked the site in Ellicottville, and it is ready for excavation on Monday. The foundation is scheduled to be set on Thursday.

Ward worked additional hours today to prepare for the concrete pour at the new office garage. Due to the scale of the project, his friend Harley assisted him to ensure everything was successfully completed.

Ward visited the North Street job site and approved the framing inspection.

He did mention that he is contacting the labor board about the lack of dog beds and treat containers on site. As you can see from the attached picture, he is now back at the office taking a well-deserved morning nap after his hard work. Despite having three different beds to choose from, he opted to sleep on the carpet right in front of my chair.

Ward had too many other obligations to be able to inspect the framing on North St yesterday so he sent in his back up. Framing passed the inspection, so Ward has given the approval for the trusses to be set today.
With having worked so hard to make this all happen, Ward is now napping comfortably in the office.

Ward is finally taking a well-deserved nap after supervising the foundation installation this week. 🐶🏡 He kept a close eye on the crew, inspected every precast wall, and made sure the job met his standards. Now that the foundation is in, it's time for the superintendent to catch up on some rest before the next phase of the build.

The foundation is in for our next build! It's always amazing to work with our customers to design a home on paper, then watch that vision begin to take shape on site. This foundation features a Bilco door, adding a unique touch to the design. Every project brings something different, and we're excited to see this home continue to come together!
