The customer reached out to us due to complications with the location of their current furnace system. They were in need of a more strategically placed system that would better fit their home. To solve this issue, we provided a much-needed service of replacing and relocating their furnace system. We chose to install the highly efficient Bryant 96% furnace at a new, suitable location in their home. We also took the opportunity to update the thermostat and add an additional return air to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the system. We take pride in providing top-notch equipment and service to ensure our customers' homes are comfortable and efficient.

This furnace did not have sufficient air return or supply for the 3.5 ton, 100k btu furnace. Terrible duct work and a coil that was sitting on top of the heat exchanger. We cleaned it all up and moved it to open the room!
