Yesterday we lost Justin's mom, Lisa. Many of you knew her as our office manager and an important part of MX2. She was the heart of her family (and this office), fiercely proud of her children, completely devoted to her granddaughters, and loved people with her whole heart.

Her stroke took her away from the office, but never took away her place at MX2.

Right now, we are trying to navigate a loss that has completely broken our hearts. We don't know exactly what the coming days will look like.

We will do our very best to keep up with our clients, projects, calls and messages, but some things may move slower than usual.

Thank you for understanding, for supporting our family, and for keeping Justin and family in your prayers.

We love you, Yaya. 🤍

As many of you know, we are a family-owned business, and right now our family is walking through an unexpected crisis. Someone very dear to us who plays a huge role behind the scenes at MX2 Custom Pools is recovering from multiple strokes, and our days and nights have been spent at the hospital with very little sleep.

If you’ve experienced slower responses than usual, please know that we are not ignoring anyone. We are doing our best to balance caring for our family while continuing to serve yours. We appreciate your patience, grace, and prayers during this difficult time.

Thank you for supporting a small family business and for understanding that family comes first. We look forward to getting back to everyone as soon as we can.
