Replace 2 flat roofs, remove and replace 3 entry doors, and install new screen door and 2 sliding screen doors, remove and replace slider, remove and replace 2 large casement windows in 3 seasons room. Remove windows in garage. Install correct header to code frame in for 3 new casement windows. Clad old wooden fascia with new white aluminum on main house and front dormers, install gate between house and garage. Tear off old aluminum siding, install house wrap and replace with new double 4" vinyl siding. Install 2 new gutters. Interior work to follow. Charlotte, Michigan.
