Sooo... much to love on this one! We'll just let the pictures do most of the talking! This started as just a wide open basement of a true timber frame home. No existing Plumbing in the slab for the kitchen, laundry or bathrooms. Has its own electrical panel and a/c system separate from the rest of the home. It is now a three bedroom, two bath fully functioning in-law quarters. This takes living in the basement to a whole new level!
Mrs.Julian was not afraid to mix metals, paint and wood tones, and it came out Beautifully 😍😍

Thank you to this amazing family for choosing us for their master suite remodel! I've known them for close to 15 yrs and was honored when they reached out.
I personally love .. (Everything about the soap niche!), the soft green cabinetry accent and definitely that bold accent wall in the bedroom😁 ...the Jetta BUBBLE TUB is ok too😉

Back at the seifert house! Have to love this very custom Master Bed/bathroom! All designed between Mrs. Seifert & myself. (She did a great job!)
This bathroom actually did not exist at all, it was added to a very large room which is now the master suite😊 Added window for natural light and ofcourse a Magazine holder next to the toilet..👀
*STILL WAITING ON COVID BED🙄..

Just catching up some projects from the end of the year! This was a whole house remodel, basement and upstairs for the shoults family. All new floors, doors trim and paint. Kept existing kitchen cabinets and refinished, new countertops backsplash and cabinet lighting to finish it off. And can't forget the very unique handrail! Special thanks to Mrs. Shoults for keeping us stocked up on drinks and the occasional cinnamon rolls😁

Been patiently waiting to post the very colorful kitchen/ living room for the luedde family from last summer!
This was a complete kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout first level, new baseboards, fireplace and paint.
With the Chloe tile backsplash, gray quartz perimeter and granite Island, puts this one towards the top of my personal list for 2021!
