Another one knocked out! 🔨

This staircase had seen better days. A lot of the boards were rotted out and it was definitely time for a rebuild. We tore out the old material, rebuilt the staircase, and replaced the railing around the deck as well. Everything is solid, safe, and ready for plenty more years of use.

Big shoutout to Michael with K2 Construction for coming out and giving me a hand on this project. Definitely appreciated the knowledge and extra set of hands getting this one knocked out!

If you’ve got a deck, staircase, railing, or anything else around the house that’s starting to rot or needs some attention, give us a shout! 🔨🏠

Customer was complaining that they were feeling too hot/cold in their house, so we upgraded their insulation by bringing up the R rating to the R38 code! They should notice a huge difference in the comfort of their home!

We also provided a foam package on all electrical fixtures in the ceiling sealing up any and all air leaks, as well as sealing all holes/ air leaks underneath the house to maximize insulation efficiency and to prevent unwanted pests!

Get ahold of us for ALL of your insulation needs. We’re now offering BLOW IN and SPRAY FOAM insulation packages!

Before and after of a good sized project we just completed!

This was an add-on to an existing exterior wall on a deck to cover up some exposed wires and plumbing. As well as new siding and trim!

We love taking on challenges like this! I’m very proud of my team. Let us know what you think!
