🔟 years ago today, June 1st, Amy Deweese Peterson started with us. Yep, that’s me, the one behind all the social media posts! So, I get to make my 10 year anniversary post extra - I’m going to share those early pics up through the current. I’m usually the one taking the pics but occasionally I made it into a few!!
I started the day after we sold our business The Closet Guy, Inc. I thought I would help out my brother for a bit & then look for something different. I loved it & I stayed!!
Over the past 10 years I have been able to work with my sister-in-law, my nieces, my brothers, my dad, my son & lots of other great people along the way.
When I started I had 2 out of 3 kids who did not drive😆, now I have one married with 2 grandkids, another one engaged & youngest just getting ready to start her cosmetology career.
Over the past 10 years, I helped create our Hoodies for the Holidays program with Contact Ministries along with other community service projects over the years. I have represented us at the local The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce, illinois_local, Local First Springfield events!
I was also able to work with LRS Web Solutions to create a web-site for us.
I’ve worked with thousands of homeowners, contractors & learn something every day in the business. I love getting to help customers/contractors get their projects completed!
I feel like I just started yesterday but when I look back at the pics, I definitely see the years go by…..cheers to me & 10 years 🥂
