Another job complete, another Happy Customer. We upgraded the old wood posts with new structural white vinyl post. Installed a 36 inch white vinyl handrail system around the perimeter of the porch. To maintain that maintenance free aspect, we wrapped the wood beams with white metal. The customer had a new driveway poured recently, and the concrete guys poured an 8 inch pier on the far side for one of the post. To me it looked like a sore thumb and stood out more than it should have. So we wrapped it with brick and a nice limestone cap to match the front of the house. Before and After pics of a backsplash we just completed. 1/2" cement board, beautiful 3" by 8" white tile, finished off with a dark gray grout! Definitely makes it pop. Another job in the books, another Happy Customer! We took out a small wall to open the floor plan, and it made a huge difference! Helps the flow of the area. We had to patch some drywall where the wall was, and match the stomp on the ceiling. We were able to tooth in the original hardwood flooring and match the 25 yr old finish almost exact.
