♻️ Turning History Into Something New ♻️

One of the more unique aspects of the Topre America project was the opportunity to reclaim and repurpose historic clay bricks that once served the former International Harvester facility located on the property.

Working alongside Dry Lane Construction, we were able to preserve a piece of the site’s history rather than sending it to a landfill. Topre America recognized the value of these original clay bricks, and together we gave them a second life by creating two outdoor patio spaces where employees can relax and enjoy their lunch breaks.

Projects like this are especially rewarding because they combine sustainability, craftsmanship, and history. Materials that have been part of this property for generations can now continue serving a purpose for generations to come.

A huge thank you to Topre America for seeing the value in preserving these historic materials and to Dry Lane Construction for their partnership throughout this project.

We’re proud to have played a role in transforming a piece of the past into a functional outdoor space that employees can enjoy every day.

Another project wrapped up by NewView. 🌱

This video highlights the final grading and hydroseeding work completed at Pure Ohio Wellness for the general contractors Dry Lane Construction and Metcon Ltd.

Our team performed full site prep including Harley raking, rock hounding, debris removal, final grading, and approximately 3.5 acres of premium fescue hydroseeding. We also incorporated starter fertilizer directly into our hydro mulch mixture to help promote fast, healthy lawn establishment.

Projects like this are where preparation matters most — creating a clean, smooth, professionally finished surface that’s truly lawn ready for growth.

We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside great contractors like Dry Lane Construction and Metcon Ltd and look forward to continuing to deliver quality results across the region.

Check out this beautiful transformation! ✨

We expanded this homeowner’s back patio and grilling area while adding a new fire pit space perfect for gatherings. For this install, we used Unilock Arcana pavers paired with a Unilock El Campo sailor course for a clean, elegant border that really makes it pop.

The deck was beautifully built by Anderson Construction Deck and Fence, creating the perfect combination of craftsmanship and outdoor living.

🇺🇸 Honored to Help Our Local DAV Chapter 🇺🇸

We were proud to be asked to assist our friends at the DAV (Disabled American Veterans) chapter in Springfield, Ohio with a major outdoor upgrade!

Our team built a brand new retaining wall to support what became a massive outdoor patio and stage area — a space designed for events, live music, and community gatherings. It’s going to be an amazing spot to bring people together.

We also tackled a serious drainage issue on the south side of the building by installing drain tile and strategically placing rip rap stone to protect the foundation and control runoff. To finish things off, we regraded the rear slope, then applied seed and straw to establish a healthy lawn for the future.

It’s always a privilege to use our skills to give back — especially to those who’ve given so much.
