Recently, a client trusted us with something big: four active office suite remodels, all starting in the same window, and all needing to wrap in about six weeks.

Our team at Vanguard Builders is thrilled to announce the award and commencement of the new Executive Offices space for the Department of Veteran Services in Springfield, Ma.

With mobilization and framing complete and in walls already underway, construction is progressing fast. We look forward to driving the project to completion per the clients expedited schedule and with the upmost quality.

We are grateful to be a part of this build out and provide the staff of the new Springfield EOVS a office space they are proud of. A space that they can continue to support our Veterans and families.

We are thrilled to announce that we have been selected as the Construction Manager for the exciting rebrand and renovation of Bulkley Richardson.
It has been an honor to work alongside the Bulkley Richardson team and key stakeholders throughout the preconstruction and design process, helping transform their vision into a plan that reflects both their future and the legacy they have built over the years.
From the earliest stages of planning and collaboration, this project has exemplified the value of partnership. Together, we’ve worked to align design, budget, constructability, and schedule to create a space that supports Bulkley Richardson’s continued growth and evolution.
As we transition from preconstruction into construction, we are excited to bring this vision to life and help create a refreshed environment that represents the next chapter of the Bulkley Richardson brand.
We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this journey and thank the Bulkley Richardson team for their trust and partnership. We look forward to sharing progress as construction gets underway.

Proud to announce that we’ve been selected as the General Contractor for the future home of Shah’s Halal in Springfield, MA.

We’re excited to be part of bringing this new restaurant to the community and grateful for the opportunity to deliver this project.

Construction has been moving efficiently, and we’re proud to say we’re currently ahead of schedule.
We’ve officially made it through wall priming and are excited to jump into the finishing touches that will really bring the restaurant to life.

Looking forward to wrapping this one up soon and sharing the final result.
