It’s often the smallest details on a roof that keep the biggest storms out! 🌧️🏠

During a recent inspection, we noticed a few areas that needed some extra care to keep this home fully protected. Our team set up the ladders and got straight to work—removing worn-out old caulking from five pipe collars and applying fresh, heavy-duty OSI black sealant. We also reinforced the collar nail placements and secured the end ridge cap so every inch is tight, sealed, and ready to stand up to the weather.

Now, the homeowners can rest easy knowing their roof is completely weather-tight for seasons to come! ✨

We recently wrapped up our 8th complete roof replacement on this single street—all completed this year! Seeing the trust grow month by month as neighbors recommended our team to one another has been such a rewarding experience.
For this project, we installed a complete Integrity Roof System featuring Landmark shingles in Colonial Slate. We also routed two bathroom exhausts up to a new rooftop vent to ensure healthy airflow and prevent hidden moisture build-up.

There’s nothing quite like natural daylight pouring into a room, but when a skylight gets damaged, it takes the joy right out of it.

We recently stopped by a home in Woodbridge to help bring that bright, warm sunlight back—without any worry of rain creeping in. We swapped out their old, tired dome for a fresh new VELUX skylight and made sure all the chimney flashing was sealed up tight and secure. A fresh roof overhaul is complete in Annandale! 🏠✨

We rebuilt this roofing system from the ground up to deliver maximum strength, weather defense, and natural light.

To give the home a rock-solid foundation, we started with a complete OSB plywood replacement. Over top, we installed the Integrity Roof System using Landmark shingles in the classic Cobblestone Gray shade.

For extra protection against heavy weather, we added two rows of WinterGuard ice and water shield alongside a CertainTeed Intake Edge Vent to maintain optimal attic airflow. To finish it off, we installed two new Velux skylights complete with full flashing kits—bringing in beautiful natural light while keeping the structure 100% leak-proof.

A partial siding replacement doesn't just protect your home—when done right, it completely revives its curb appeal without requiring a full tear-down! ✨🏡

For this recent job, we focused on precision craftsmanship at every layer. We kicked things off by removing the worn-out siding, gutters, and counter flashing to inspect the underlying walls. After laying down a fresh v***r barrier and sealing every J-channel tight against potential leaks, we mounted the new siding and flashing for a crisp, watertight seal.

To give the exterior a cohesive look, we gave the existing shutters and light fixtures some love—removing, hand-sanding, and repainting them with high-durability paint to complement the new panels. The transformation was completed with a beautiful, high-performance ProVia Exterior Legacy Steel Door that elevates the front entryway!

✨ A Skylight Upgrade Makes a Difference! ✨

These three skylights were due for an update, so our team got to work replacing the existing units and improving the surrounding areas.

After carefully measuring the existing openings, we removed the old skylights and flashing kits and installed three brand-new Velux deck-mount skylights with solar blackout blinds. We also replaced the rotted wood trim and repaired the interior drywall where needed to ensure a perfect finish.

A complete skylight replacement from the outside in! 🔨🏠
