The Hoeman team was out at the Lake Springfield project handling the excavation for the pool, setting the grade, shaping the site, and preparing the ground for the next phase of the build. 🌿

The Confluence Tower is officially back open, and seeing this space come back to life has been something special. 👏🌆

Over the past several months, our team has helped transform this 8-acre National Park Service site in Hartford, IL, into a space families and visitors can enjoy together.

This project includes:

• 1,500+ perennials, shrubs, and grasses
• 100+ trees planted across the property
• Natural boulder play features for kids
• Granite pathways connecting gathering spaces
• Pavilions and open areas designed for families to spend time together

We were asked to return to a project we first worked on more than a decade ago, and this next phase is already taking shape. 🌿

The team is installing a permeable paver patio around the pool and adding another water feature to the property, building on the two we have already installed. 💦
