Progress is moving along on this custom outdoor living project. ๐ŸŒฟ

The large-format porcelain pavers are being installed, the custom grill station is underway, and the space is starting to show how it will be used: cooking, gathering, and spending more time outside.

One of the biggest advantages of porcelain pavers? They tend to stay cooler under the sun than many traditional hardscape materials, which can make the patio more comfortable during those hot, humid Illinois summers. โ˜€๏ธ

Out at beautiful Lake Springfield for phase two of this outdoor living project. ๐ŸŒฟ

We started with a paver patio and fire pit down by the boat dock. Now we are back up at the house, building out the next piece of the property with a pool, paver patio, covered structure, outdoor kitchen, retaining wall, landscape beds, and maintenance to keep it all looking right.

This is the kind of project we love: a full design, built in layers, with the right partners and a clear plan.

Big shoutout to Brian from the Hoeman for the excavation work and Hemberger Construction for the covered structure. We appreciate good people who do good work. ๐Ÿค
