April 16, 2013. 13 years ago today, BKD Design Collective acquired Pellham Phillips Architect and Engineers. Through that acquisition we added Mechanical Engineering to our services as well as two amazing people to the BKD family……Larry Phillips and John Luce. Enjoy the throwback sign from that day at old Suite 320 in Bradford Place. The last day without "Engineering".
