Core Purpose: Strengthen and amplify the success of women in the construction industry. We are a nonprofit organization focused on supporting women in the construction industry. We are a fun group of ladies who are passionate about supporting our community, offering education and training while providing self-development for women who have construction roles from administration to field positions.

You don’t have to be field employee or laborer to be a part of this wonderful organization. Our members come from all departments including accounting, entry level and senior project management, sales, estimating, general laborers and more. We have monthly meetings and would love to invite you to join us to see how we are shaping the pathway for women in our industry. If interested in attending, please send us an email. This fun annual event brings together local companies and industry professionals for a night of bowling, networking, food, prizes, and friendly competition — all while supporting our local NAWIC chapter and helping us continue our mission of advancing women in construction.
