Client had a lead snap out of their large Poplar tree during recent storms. They wanted it brought down safely #1 and wanted to get the mess handled.
We were able to bring the lead down safely, clean the work area, cleaned up other debris piles and left a back to normal finish!

*Simple but bold lighting update we made! Removed all original hardware, painted all reusable hardware a gloss black, and installed new modern farm house style shades for a whole new look and to better match the home while allowing more light!

Client had a large hot tub in their sun room that had been leaking and they wanted to see about removing. The access was through a single door and off a large patio/deck. Not an ideal removal but in a timely manner we were able to fully disassemble the hot tub, all of its contents, disconnect the 220v power source, additional lumber framing etc leaving the room with a clean and swept finish!
We handled everything start to finish - all dump fees etc included!

Before & After

Client was finding concrete sediment throughout the yard as well as a blown off chimney cap. After a roof inspection we found all 4 chimneys in need of crown repair.
On this chimney we removed the deteriorating crown, formed and poured a new crown with high strength concrete, sealed the crown and sealed cracks throughout the brick chimney stack. We sturdied up the flue and reinstalled the chimney cap. This maintenance will keep the chimney in order and weather free for years to come!

Client had a large white pine break out mid way full snap into another pine over top her back living space and shed.
We were able to slowly and safely piece and rig the entire broke white pine out of the pine it was snagged in, flush cut stump and remove all debris ensuring everything below maintained its original appearance!

Client wanted to column wrap their existing front facing porch columns with something more modern to match their new porch restoration.
We disconnected existing down spouts , removed house # from original columns and built all new column wraps out of red cedar lumber, reinstalled down spouts, reinstalled house #, added bottom cuff trim to all 4, and minor caulking to give everything a whole new look and clean finish. I believe next on their list is to stain their entire project 😁

Clients large hackberry tree had a limb break out about 50ft up above her front porch. She was concerned with it falling and damaging the items below it.
We were able to safely remove it in a timely manner and remove other misc dead leads throughout the tree!

Existing porch had settled significantly, soft spots through out, rotted areas etc. Client wanted a level, sturdy walk surface and we were able to deliver!
We demoed the existing walk surface and built all new starting with supports set in concrete, significant wood bracing throughout and a full rebuild using all treated lumber and thick decking for the walk surface. We rebuilt the step and added lumber skirting all the way around. We also built an all new double step down off the side door for easier getting in and out! Next up is cedar wrapping the columns!
