Bag worms are starting to become more numerous, especially on evergreen tree and shrubs. They can be hard to detect at times, especially when small. If they need sprayed that is a service I offer or most insect controls work well on them.

Hot humid conditions can provide an ideal environment for lawn fungus. Brown, patchy areas are an indication that your lawn has a fungus. Fungicide treatments can help control this problem, but only last for 21 days. If hot, humid conditions persist or return, so will the fungus.
