John Brewer Builders, LLC finished THIRD addition to house on Lake Springfield! Family wanted to expand for the future (grandchildren and great grandchildren) which is a great idea! The project went very well and we are proud of our results, and, more importantly, owners are loving it.

John Brewer Builders, LLC is at it again with a new addition ( #3 actually) at this Lake Springfield house. We are addi f two bedrooms and a bath. The JBB team is ahead of schedule which is typical for them. When they get on it, they work hard to finish project asap. Of course this always depends on the owners which these owners have always been awesome to work with. We will send out final pics when finished! Let us know if you have any remodeling needs or considering building a new house.

John Brewer Builder’s finished another bathroom on Lake Springfield. The owners selected navy/white theme which turned out beautiful! The shower is onyx shiplap look…really looks nice. John Brewer Builder’s and team finished the addition ahead of schedule (finishing railing tomorrow). This project went fast because the owners were on their game with selecting important pieces before we started. They were awesome to work with! This addition is going to give them lots more room with a new family room, master bedroom/bath, half bath, laundry room and deck with gorgeous view. We are so happy for them!

John Brewer Builders finished a custom house that looks amazing! Our team had a wonderful experience building this beautiful home. We were able to customize certain areas of the house to make it their “dream home”. We gave 100% attention to every detail and the results showed it. The owners were thrilled with the end product.
