Things I see from the roof top:
After decades of service, the 9,000-square foot ballasted EPDM roof at White Flint Shopping Center had reached the end of its serviceable life. Having serviced this family's portfolio for more than 20 years, we were proud to bring our experience to the project.
The existing roof was replaced with flat polyisocyanurate insulation and high density cover board over a structurally sloped metal deck, topped with an adhered
60-mil TPO membrane.
The walls were also clad with new plywood and waterproofing membrane, creating a durable, weather-resistant surface. To complete the work, the adjacent masonry wall was prepared and coated with a cementitious high-build coating.
This project reflects more than two decades of trust, backed by quality workmanship.
