Here are the final product photos and the results of months of obsession driven planning, design, and steadily inching towards fleshing out this vision of dark beauty.

The black walnut millwork was hand crafted from rough sawn lumber and installed in a way that I hope honors its natural resplendence. I finished it clear with hard wax and a ceramic topcoat in the areas exposed to water.
The tile was chosen to accent the Art Deco/Dark Acedemia theme and to add durable textures to the space.

This project has been an absolute pleasure, and I look forward to continuing the relationship with my client.

This week was hard on the hands, but I'm that much closer to completing this labor of love and obsession. All that's left will be the fixtures and finishing touches.

The crown is up and I'm putting together the custom vanity. These walnut/maple inlayed sections are for the countertops and bench seat.

I ordered this rough sawn Black Walnut through OP Hardwoods LLC, our local supply and woodshop last week for my latest bathroom project. I'm milling everything out on sight for this customer to give them a one of a kind design for the trim and millwork.

Phillip and his wife picked out some really cool tile for this bathroom renovation with the help of the folks at Missouri Tile!

This was a full tear out. After pulling out the old fiberglass insert, I extended the height of the shower to match the rest of the room. This was a second story apartment so getting the waterproofing right was my main priority with the prep work. As always it's a pleasure to make something beautiful and to do good work for good people!

Backsplashes and Accent Walls!! The backsplash was done with a really cool black ceramic, fluted tile from Missouri Tile and the accent walls are a beautiful combination of clear finished red oak and the more modern finishes of the black shiplap and green turf. These pics are part of a huge project I did for the new owner of this Airbnb. Brett Reinhart was great to work with on all of this. He had a clear vision and an artistic sense of style that made my job easier, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the way this project turned out. I'll post the listing in the comments that has pictures and video of the whole house.
