Creative Modular Construction

At CMC, building people is a part of our DNA. And we love being able to be a blessing to our people.

Recently, a generous member of our community reached out to Ron Crume, our owner & CEO, with a simple desire: they wanted to donate a vehicle and bless someone who truly deserved it.

When we started thinking about who that should be, one name rose to the top, Michael Mcloud

Michael has been an incredible asset to our team over the last four years that he’s been here. He shows up, works hard, and brings the kind of attitude that makes everyone around him better. He's exactly the type of person we're proud to have in the Creative Modular Construction family.

Michael, congratulations! You've earned this, and we're so grateful for everything you bring to CMC every single day.

And to the donor who made this possible, thank you for your generosity and for choosing to bless one of our own.

This is what community looks like.

Another 7 Brew is set and ready to go! 🙌

Huge shoutout to our A2H team for another successful building set. From transportation to final placement, these guys continue to put in the work to get our buildings where they need to be.

We’re grateful for the people behind every project and proud to see another CMC-built location taking shape right here in Southwest Missouri!

Great work, A2H!

Crews recently dropped the building on the site.

11 BUILDINGS. ONE DAY. ONE INCREDIBLE TEAM.

Friday, August 28th, marked a major achievement for Creative Modular Construction.

In a single day, our team successfully installed 11 7Brew buildings across multiple states. From New York to Arkansas and Georgia to Pennsylvania.

Think about what that required:
✅ 11 buildings
✅ Multiple installation crews
✅ Coordinated transportation and logistics
✅ Job sites across the country
✅ One team working toward one goal

This was more than a successful day of installations. It was an extraordinary display of planning, communication, craftsmanship, and ex*****on at a scale few companies can match.

Every building we installed represented countless people doing their part, from design and production to transportation, site coordination, and installation.

This is what ex*****on looks like.
11 buildings.
One day.
Multiple markets.
One team getting it done.

We are incredibly proud of everyone at CMC who helped make this possible, and grateful to be trusted with projects that demand this level of speed, precision, and coordination.

At CMC, we build people and we build buildings.

At CMC, what we build goes far beyond buildings.

We believe the work we do creates an opportunity to invest in people, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting impact.

It’s more than what we do, it’s why we do it.

We Build People. We Build Buildings

We spent some time this afternoon setting up our booth for the Light the Way Music Festival!

CMC is thankful to be a sponsor, and we’re excited to see all that God does through this event!

Be sure to stop by our booth! We’d love to visit with you, answer any questions you may have about CMC, or pray with you if there’s any way we can encourage you.

This week, we welcomed 38 new team members in what was officially the largest orientation in our company's history.

It's incredible to pause and reflect on how quickly this company is growing. What started as a vision continues to expand because of the people who believe in it, invest in it, and help build it every day.

What excites me most isn't the growth itself; it's the impact behind it. Thirty-eight new hires means thirty-eight people stepping into new opportunities. Thirty-eight families being supported. Thirty-eight lives that will be influenced by the culture, purpose, and mission we're building together.

Growth is exciting, but changing lives is what makes it meaningful.

I'm grateful to be part of a company that continues to create opportunities and invest in people. The future is bright.

Today we held our 3rd Basics Boot Camp!

These 20 new hires completed orientation and spent the day learning the fundamentals of manufacturing, construction, and what it means to put our Core Values into action.

Tomorrow, they’ll step onto the shop floor equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to start their journey toward success.

We’re excited to see the impact this group will make and look forward to supporting their growth every step of the way. Welcome to the team!

This last week at our monthly company luncheon, we had our first ever Business Update Session! During this session we did what we are calling our Baton Pass.

We internally promoted over 50 employees! This highlights the incredible growth that CMC is experiencing and also showcases our desire to see those within the organization grow and develop into higher levels of leadership!

Join with us in praying for each of these individuals as they take on new roles and new responsibilities, while still fulfilling our mission and purpose, to build people and to build buildings.

The Deckards will be stepping away from CMC later this year as they answer a calling God has placed on their lives. Listen to their story here.
