The Mission of the Ozark Regional Lily Society is to promote the propagation and growing of lilium. Society Historical Information: On September 10, 1986, the Ozark Regional Lily Society voted to become affiliated with the North American Lily Society. In May 1991, The Ozark Regional Lily Society (ORLS) hosted its first North American Lily Society Nat
ional Convention and Show. Currently: The Ozark Regional Lily Society meets in November, February, March, and either June or July at the Springfield-Greene County Botanical Center at 2400 South Scenic Avenue. The meetings consist of a program on a subject of interest to people who grow Lilies and a business meeting. In November a Lily Society Member bulb sale is held, in February members meet in preparation for the Annual Lily Bulb sale for the Public, and in March the Annual Lily Bulb Sale for the Public is held. During June or July an Annual Lily Show showcases a variety of Lilies grown by Society Members. All times, dates, and locations are subject to change with updated information provided to the membership through e-mail, post cards and now our page.
