🏡✨ From a new house to a dream home ✨🏡
We had the pleasure of accompanying new homeowners on a very special journey: transforming their recently purchased house into the home they had always imagined. From day one, we worked side by side to bring a fresh, modern, and welcoming feel to every space.
One of the key upgrades was creating a partial wall opening between the living room and dining area. This allowed for a more open concept without completely removing the separation—bringing in more natural light, improving flow, and creating a greater sense of space while still keeping defined areas.
We started with a light but impactful renovation: full interior painting, along with new baseboards and trim installation throughout the entire home, giving it a clean and polished finish.
Then we focused on the details that truly make a difference: updating light fixtures and cabinet hardware to achieve a more modern and functional look 💡🔧
One of the most impressive transformations was the bathroom, fully renovated with new tile, and upgraded with a stylish barn door to maximize space and improve functionality 🚿🚪
We also completed flooring installation throughout the home: durable and modern LVP in main areas, combined with carpet to add warmth and comfort 🏠✨
In the laundry area, we created a completely refreshed and functional space: a custom butcher block countertop, perfectly sanded and stained to the client’s preference, was installed above the washer. We also added custom-built cabinets, maximizing storage and enhancing the overall look of the space 🧺🪵
