Job Title: Survey CAD Technician
Location: Springdale, AR
Employment: Full-Time
Pay: Hourly Rate depending on Experience
Reports To: Project Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We seek a motivated Survey CAD Technician to perform outdoor surveying tasks and contribute to CAD-based drafting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about blending fieldwork with technical office work. Training in CAD software is provided for candidates eager to learn.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Office/CAD Work 60-70%
Process CAD data using CAD Software
Assist in preparing survey maps, plats and legal descriptions
Perform quality checks on drawings and reports
Field Work 30-40%
Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations, etc
Collect and record field data
Collaborate with team to meet client deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Prior surveying a plus
CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, InteliCAD) is advantageous
Ability to work outdoors
Valid Drivers license and ability to drive company vehicles to sites
