Last week we finished our initial cleanup at a local water supplier. We removed thousands of bottles, hundreds of water coolers and other debris that had been accumulating for over six years. The beginning weeks of this project can best be described as a water park. Water everywhere, pouring out of everything on everyone almost all the time.
Some of us perfected our throwing skills, some of could still use improvement and a few of us, may have aimed for people as targets. There are truly no words to describe the feeling of a plastic water bottle to the shin in the summer sun.
We gained quick notoriety at the scrap yard and dump, so much so that we still give some people anxiety when we pull up. for life.
