About Us

Raptor Lawn & Landscaping is a growing, professional lawn and landscape company serving Northwest Arkansas. We are building a long-term crew and looking for dependable team members who want steady work, growth opportunities, and performance-based advancement. We operate with structure, standards, and professionalism.

Position Overview
Crew Member – Lawn & Landscape
Operations Full-Time
Monday–Friday
Typical start time: 7:00 AM

Responsibilities
- Mowing (weekly & bi-weekly routes)
- Trimming, edging, and blowing
- Mulch installs and seasonal cleanups
- Loading/unloading equipment safely
- Maintaining clean, organized trucks & trailers
- Professional interaction around clients

Pay & Growth
Starting Pay: Competitive (based on experience)
- 30-Day Probation Period
- Performance-based raises after evaluation
- Monthly bonus opportunity (attendance + equipment care + performance)
- Promotion path to Crew Lead + Manager

Requirements
- Reliable transportation to meet-up location
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Drug-free workplace
- Must be dependable and on time

We are building a long-term team, not hiring temporary help.
Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
