The Grey Barn is hiring a Fleet, Equipment & Yard Supervisor!

đź“Ť Northwest Arkansas | Full-time
đź’° $52,000 base salary + up to $8,000 annual performance bonus

We’re looking for someone organized, mechanically minded, and ready to take ownership of the trucks, trailers, equipment, shop, and yard that keep our landscaping crews moving.

What you’ll do:

âś… Keep vehicles and equipment safe, maintained, and ready for work
âś… Stay ahead of maintenance and coordinate repairs
âś… Organize tools, parts, materials, and inventory
âś… Build practical tracking systems and maintain accurate records
âś… Help crews follow equipment care and safety standards

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years in fleet, equipment, yard, warehouse, construction, landscaping, mechanical, or related operations
• Basic mechanical knowledge and strong follow-through
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Small-engine repair experience and English/Spanish bilingual skills are strong pluses!

🕕 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:45 AM–5:00 PM. Some Fridays are required during onboarding, peak season, and as operational needs arise.

🎯 Up to $12,000 in annual bonuses

This is more than managing a crew. You’ll help take commercial landscaping projects from the first property walk to the final inspection.

We’re looking for someone with:

âś… 5+ years of professional landscaping experience
âś… Strong plant, turf, bed, and materials knowledge
âś… Landscape design, installation, and estimating experience
âś… Experience leading or training landscaping teams
âś… Confidence working with customers and field crews

Commercial landscaping, irrigation, drainage, fertilization, hardscaping, and job-costing experience are major advantages.
