WE’RE HIRING | FIELD INSTALLER / FINISH CARPENTER

Bret’s Carpentry is growing, and we’re looking to add an experienced Field Installer / Finish Carpenter to our team.
This position will primarily involve working in clients’ homes installing custom cabinetry, built-ins, and interior finish work.

Responsibilities include:
• Installing cabinets and custom built-ins
• Running and installing baseboard and other trim
• Making accurate cuts and adjustments on site
• Completing installations with clean, professional finishes
• Reading measurements and understanding project plans
• Working efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Keeping job sites clean and organized
• Communicating professionally with homeowners and the Bret’s Carpentry team

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience with cabinet and/or finish carpentry installation
• Is comfortable using saws, nail guns, and standard carpentry tools
• Can accurately measure, cut, level, and install
• Is dependable and shows up ready to work
• Takes pride in quality craftsmanship
• Can problem-solve when field conditions require adjustments
• Is respectful and professional while working inside customers’ homes

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

We’re looking to add a Finisher to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in the details, and wants to learn a skilled trade in a custom woodworking environment.

No prior finishing experience is required — we’re willing to train the right person.

This role may be a great fit for someone recently out of high school, looking to learn a trade, or simply wanting a hands-on career with room to grow.
