💧 Turning a Wet Spot Into a Landscape Feature!

This back corner of the property naturally collects water from the surrounding grade, so instead of trying to hide the area, we designed around it.

We created a dry creek-style landscape feature using stone and added a mix of native grasses, flowers, and shrubs that thrive in wetter conditions. 🌿🪨

The result is a natural-looking feature that helps make use of an otherwise difficult area while adding texture, color, and character to the backyard.

🌿 From Completely Overgrown to Clean & Defined!

This backyard area had become completely overgrown with shrubs, grass, poison ivy, and unwanted vegetation. Years ago, the space was home to a koi pond, which left behind a large amount of natural rock throughout the area.

Instead of removing all of it, we repurposed the existing rock to create a natural border around the new landscape bed. After clearing everything out, we finished the space with fresh mulch for a clean, low-maintenance look. 🪨✨

✨ Small Patio, Big Upgrade!

We recently wrapped up this beautiful new paver patio, and we love how it turned out!

For the main patio, we used a three-piece random paver pattern in Sepia, finished with a Bourbon Holland paver border for a clean, defined look. We also added white decorative stone along the house to brighten up the space and give everything a polished finish. 🧱🌿

A great example of how even a smaller patio can completely transform a backyard and create a space that feels finished, functional, and built to last.

Quick work makes a big difference! 💪

For this project, we removed an existing black metal fence by cutting out the panels for a faster takedown, then used our machine to pull every post and concrete footing from the ground. Once everything was removed, we backfilled the holes with dirt and left the area clean and ready for what comes next.
