We are hiring!
We are seeking a motivated and professional Office Assistant to join our
team. This role requires handling a high volume of phone calls (minimum
of 50 per day), both incoming and outgoing, with accuracy and
professionalism.
Responsibilities:
⢠Answer and place a minimum of 50 calls daily
⢠Provide excellent customer service over the phone
⢠Record and update information accurately
⢠Assist with general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
⢠Previous office experience preferred
⢠Strong communication and organizational skills
⢠Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
⢠Reliable and detail-oriented
Benefits:

Schedule: Full-time, MondayāFriday and one Saturday a month.
