The mandatory 10-day wait is over, the asbestos is gone, and we finally have our church roof back. But building on the Texas coast means preparing for extreme weather.
Because this project is in a designated windstorm area, we canβt just throw down standard paper. We laid a complete double underlayment system, finishing with a layer of reflective Solarhide and wooden battens. The grid is perfectly mapped out, and tomorrow the new metal tiles start going up. Code compliance is the only way we operate. Turn your volume up for the ASMR!
