SINTON CREEK — Round Two ✨
We’re back at Sinton Creek, and this time we’re taking you into the primary bath, guest bath, and a brand new office space. Designed in partnership with the talented team at 3 Ivy Design
This project started with a foyer that just wasn’t working for our clients — a big open entry with no real purpose. So we transformed it into a second home office, giving her a dedicated space to work from home. With both of them working remotely often, having two separate offices was a game changer. It came together seamlessly, and it finally feels like the space was always meant to be there.
From there, we gutted both the primary and guest bathrooms down to the studs. Same cohesive design language ties the two spaces together, but each one was tailored to how it’s actually used — more investment in the primary since that’s the one they touch every single day, and an elevated, guest-ready feel in the secondary.
Storage was one of the biggest pain points going in, so we custom-built cabinetry in the primary bath to give them a beautiful way to keep everything tucked away and out of sight.
The result: a home that finally works the way our clients actually live in it. So happy with how it all came together, and grateful for another beautiful collaboration with 3 Ivy Design 🤍
