Hey everyone! I wanted to give you all a quick update on this year’s pepper season. Unfortunately, due to some delays, I’m only about halfway through the number of plants I intended to grow, and I won’t be at the farmers markets until mid-September.

I know many of you rely on me for your hot peppers, and I really appreciate your patience. I’ll have a limited supply this year, but if you’d like a product list or want to reserve certain peppers, feel free to reach out. I’ve also started making some spicy baked goods, including sourdough bread, fruit pies, and chocolate chip cookies with my sourdough starter. These will be available in my signature spice levels: Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, and Chocolate, from mild to super hot.

This past year has been a challenge due to some personal circumstances, but don’t worry—I’m already planning to come back much stronger next season. Expect more peppers, more products, and possibly some extra hands to help make it all happen!

Thanks again for your support, and I look forward to seeing you all soon!

This is probably the closest thing resembling a football in the Martin house this season, but keep your eyes open this spring for our new draft pick – our mouthwatering sourdough bread hitting the local farmers market this spring!

Don't miss our special appearance at the Streator Farmers Market this Saturday, October from 8 AM to 12 PM.

It's our first and final visit to Streator for the year, but not to worry – we'll be back.

We're restocking our hot salt and introducing White Heat Hot Honey, the exciting addition to our hot honey family.

This is your last chance in 2023 to enjoy the freshest pepper harvest before winter.
Remember, while the peppers take a break, our hot salt and hot honey are always available online.

Debuting my hot honey at Thyme Craft Kitchen’s annual block tonight between 3 PM until the last person sings.

Only two heat levels will be there, but will also debut a new tier of heat as well.

Come and get them while they last!

Also, looks like only a few more weeks left for fresh hot peppers.
So get them while you can .

I have everything from jalapeño heat all the way up to Carolina reaper heat so I’ll come and say hello and let me hurt you a little bit 🥵🌶️

Will have a very limited supply of hot honey, so come get them while you can
