More room to grow, with a view worth keeping! 🌿🏡

Our Oreland clients, a family of six, loved their golf course views but needed more space. A three-story addition expanded their home with more bedrooms and bathrooms, a larger kitchen, and a generous deck for outdoor living.

The key to a great addition? Making it look like it’s been there all along! White James Hardie siding and black Marvin windows complement the original stone, while a Juliet balcony off the new primary suite makes the most of those incredible views.

For this historic stone home in Chestnut Hill, a second-floor addition above the garage created a new family room, with materials and details selected to blend naturally with the home’s original character.

Sometimes, making room for more means letting go of what you don’t use 💫

For our Ambler clients, removing the oversized jetted tub opened up valuable space for what mattered more: a generously sized shower and twice the vanity space.

It’s a great example of designing around how you live today, not how your bathroom was built decades ago!

“We weren’t sure if Harth did kitchens the size of ours.” Of course we do! 😊 Great design-build isn’t about the size of the kitchen. It’s about maximizing the space you have and customizing it with thoughtful details that feel distinctly yours.

For our Audubon clients, that meant creating a larger kitchen without sacrificing their adjacent dining room. Removing a wall improved flow and added more counter space and storage, while clean lines, warm materials, and a fresh color palette give the kitchen a contemporary feel that complements the rest of their home.
