Middle Tennessee roofs are officially in their “I’m fine” while actively leaking era 😅
After 10+ straight days of rain, we’re seeing a lot of homeowners suddenly notice:
• ceiling spots
• attic drips
• musty smells
• lifting shingles
• cracked pipe boots
And honestly… most people don’t want to deal with their roof until there’s a bucket involved. We get it.
The good news:
Not every issue means you need a full roof replacement.
A lot of the repairs we’ve handled this week were smaller problems that finally got exposed by all this rain - and catching them early can save thousands in interior damage later.
If your roof is older, has previous storm wear, or just hasn’t been checked in a while, this weather is usually when hidden issues start showing themselves.
No pressure. No scare tactics. Just honest answers and a local team that’ll tell you what we’d do if it were our own home.
