Did you know that Paintoholics not only paints but we also replace unsightly porch ceilings or otherwise known down south as Lanai Ceilings. Most ceilings down here in Florida are finished off with drywall, with that being said some obvious problems occur due to high humidity and temperature change here in FL. The results are seams cracking and falling off & nails popping out, Yes you can have it repaired but good luck getting the texture to match and having it last for any substantial amount of time before it starts reoccurring yet again.Consider the cost of having it fixed as opposed to having it replaced. Let us come out and remove the drywall and install non vented vinyl soffit. Problem solved. The vinyl will expand and contract with the temperature and it is not affected by the high humidity.
