Here’s a look at some new tile work going into one of our custom home builds—and it’s looking great!

A beautiful finished floor starts with careful preparation. Before the tile is installed, our tile contractor covers the slab with a troweled-on liquid membrane and applies a rolled-on membrane over the cut control joints. This extra step helps reduce the chance of cracking after the home is completed.

The tile is now grouted and complete, and we love how this bold checkerboard pattern turned out! It’s another example of the extra time and care that goes into every Palmwood home.
