Meet our Founder!
Brouke St. John was born and raised in New York, where he worked from a young age at his father's construction company. After graduating from Dean College in Massachusetts, Boston, with a degree in Construction Management, he moved to Florida.
After spending 20 years working in the construction industry in Southern Florida, Brouke started Blackstone. For the past ten years, the Blackstone team has completed many commercial and residential construction projects, from remodeling medical offices to ground up construction of luxury custom homes.
Brouke, his wife, Sandy, and their two fur babies, have lived in the Tampa Bay area for over a decade and are in the process of building their own dream home!
Although Blackstone is a small local business, Brouke has worked throughout Central and South Florida, forming strong relationships with subcontractors and other small businesses in many local communities.
With his team, he has built a company dedicated to providing his clients with a positive hands-on experience and the highest standard of work in every project.
