Hi everyone, this is Carlos' wife. 💚
I wanted to take a minute to address something, especially during Florida's rainy season.
First, we want to say thank you. We truly have some of the most amazing customers, and we appreciate every single one of you for your patience, kindness, and support.
That said, I need everyone to understand something.
Carlos is not going to mow during dangerous weather. If there is lightning, severe storms, or conditions that aren't safe, he will wait. No yard is worth risking his life, and that's a decision we will never apologize for.
If you've ever seen him waiting in his truck during a storm, you know he's constantly watching the radar and hoping for even a 20- or 30-minute break so he can get back to work. He's not sitting at home avoiding work. In fact, he's worked seven days a week for the past three weeks trying to stay caught up because of Florida's unpredictable weather.
His goal is always to take care of every customer as quickly as possible while still providing quality work. But mowing isn't just about whether the rain has stopped. We also have to consider lightning, saturated ground, equipment getting stuck, and the health of your lawn.
We completely understand that waiting can be frustrating. Florida weather has been incredibly unpredictable, and we know everyone wants their yard looking its best.
What we cannot accept is disrespect.
If your service is delayed because we're waiting for safe conditions, we ask for the same understanding and respect that Carlos gives to every customer. He works incredibly hard, takes pride in what he does, and genuinely cares about the people he serves.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support our family-owned business and understands that safety will always come first. We appreciate you more than you know.
