⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "Ken is great. Kendall is family run. And they are all lovely. Skilled, respectful, careful, friendly, and most importantly creative & flexible with ideas. Ken did our kitchen, laundry, master bed/bath addition. He improved on our architect’s plans in ways no one had suggested, resulting in much more beautiful spaces. He worked with our ideas—eclectic though they were —to incorporate antiques and art—giving us a space that is definitely not builder grade & truly ours. Instead of saying no to ideas, he & his family troubleshooted them and came up with a plan. Kitchen islands made from salvaged 19th c furniture? No problem. Secret bookcase door, 8’ medallion ceiling ring, and stained glass saved from a church? Can do. It was a good experience and the results are special. I highly recommend the Kendall’s if you want an honest, thoughtful, personal, and creative builder."

You want a secret bookcase door? Done. A kitchen island made out of 19th-century salvaged furniture? Easy peasy. Stained glass from an old church? We are all over it. At Kendall Developments, Inc., we do not do boring builder-grade stuff. If you can dream up wild, crazy, eclectic ideas for your home, our family team will figure out how to build it and make your architect look like an amateur.
