Our primary goal is to combine top-quality workmanship, superior customer service, and environmental responsibility while keeping our prices very competitive. Take a look at this basement renovation we recently completed in Wayne. Take a look at the results of our recent project! The existing bay window was sagging and in need of replacement, and the homeowners wanted to expand the space to create a cozy reading nook. We bumped it out an additional two feet, built it on a proper foundation, then stucco’d the exterior to match the rest of the house. Note the beautiful and durable standing seam metal roof, and the scalloped siding on the gables that we made with composite trim to match the other porches.

Check out this recent project we spotlighted in our latest newsletter! This hall bath in Chesterbrook was tired and dated. We completed a gut renovation of the space, as designed by a local architect and designer. The new tub and tile surround, tile floor, vanity and fixtures have a modern, clean aesthetic, but it’s what you don’t see that’s most important: beneath the floor tile there is now a sturdy, level sub-floor, whereas before the sub-floor was almost 2” out of level, and had too much deflection to accommodate large format tiles. And behind the shower tile is a fully waterproof tile substrate that will prevent leaks, mold growth, or any type of deterioration to the surrounding structure, ensuring that the newly renovated space will hold up for decades.

2025 was another great year for Green Restorations LLC, lets run back a quick review! Our projects ranged from a historic shutter reproduction to a first-floor bedroom/bath addition, a complete kitchen renovation, and several front porch restorations. We also updated our website with expanded image galleries for a deeper look at our portfolio of work. We have a busy winter 2026 season in the works, with a full basement renovation, another bathroom renovation, and several smaller projects to complete before the weather breaks and we transition to a few outdoor projects. We are currently booking projects for spring/summer 2026, so if you have something in mind don’t hesitate to reach out! As always, we value the relationships we have built with our customers, along with the architects, engineers, sub-contractors and vendors without whom many of these projects would be impossible. Check out the before and after of our latest restoration project! Over the years, the crew at Green Restorations has perfected various methods of restoring and rehabilitating rotten exterior trim elements. In the case of the porch column pictured below, which are structural, further deterioration may have resulted in partial collapse of the roof above. When performing wood rot restoration like this, we often uncover previous attempts to fix the problem that include auto body filler, spray foam and huge amounts of caulk. Unfortunately, many of these attempts at repair are not only ineffective, but can even accelerate the decay. It is critical to use the right materials and methods to ensure a lasting repair. The finished restoration will stand the test of time while maintaining the authentic beauty of these historic columns.

Take a look at these four shutters we replaced for a customer in Gladwyne. We constructed the new shutters out of durable and rot-resistant mahogany, painted them, restored the antique hardware, and re-hung them in the openings. While these shutters are beautiful, they are also fully functional!
