Baron Hahn: President
Baron Hahn is a seasoned construction management professional with over a decade of experience in heavy civil and highway construction, complimented by additional experience in solar/renewables, port/marine, quarry work, and water/wastewater projects. As the leader of Hahn Tx Construction and Hahn Tx Consulting, Baron drives operational excellence and strategic growth, guided by a business model rooted in faith, family and friends, followed by profitability, safety and quality. He leverages his extensive industry knowledge to deliver innovative, high-value solutions, prioritizing integrity and collaboration in the construction and consulting sectors.
From August 2022 to 2025, Baron was Director of Operations at Keeley Construction in New Braunfels, Texas, overseeing regional operations, shaping growth strategies, and ensuring project success in profitability, safety, and quality. Previously, he served as Director of Estimating (General Manager) at Curran Contracting Company in Converse, Texas, from 2017 to 2021, leading bids from projects ranging from $200,000 to $25 million and managing project teams. His earlier roles as a Project Manager at Curran Contracting, Austin Bridge and Road, and Dan Williams Company, and as a Project Engineer at W.W. Webber, LLC, developed his expertise in managing multimillion-dollar projects, cost tracking, Primavera 6 scheduling, and field coordination.
Baron holds a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University (2009) and began his academic journey at Wharton County Junior College and Blinn College. A proactive problem-solver and collaborative leader, he thrives in dynamic environments, driving innovation and collective success in the construction industry.
Outside of work, Baron is married to Megan Hahn, and together they have four children. They enjoy entertaining and spending quality time with family and friends. In his free time, Baron is passionate about fishing and hunting, embracing the outdoors as a way to unwind and connect with nature.
