With freezing temperatures approaching, taking a few simple steps now can help prevent burst pipes and costly water damage:

✅Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate.
✅Let faucets drip slightly, especially on exterior walls.
✅Insulate exposed pipes and outdoor faucets.
