🏗️ IT’S CRANE DAY! 🏗️

There’s nothing quite like watching a home take shape, and today is a BIG milestone — the trusses are going up! 🏠💪

With the crane on site and our crew hard at work, we’re setting the roof trusses and bringing this custom home one step closer to the finish line. Every stage of construction is exciting, but seeing that roofline come together really starts to make the vision feel like HOME.

At Perry’s Custom Homes, we love sharing the process from the ground up — because a dream home doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built one step, one board, and one milestone at a time.

Our two Willow models in Colonial Beach, VA are moving right along, and we’re loving the progress!
These homes have come a long way from dirt and concrete. Framing is complete, roofs and windows are in, and the rough-ins are well underway. Inside, you can already see the rooms taking shape as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC bring us another big step closer to the finishing stages.
There’s something exciting about this point in a build—when you can finally walk through the front door and start imagining what each finished space will look like. ❤️

🏡 ANOTHER CUSTOM HOME IS UNDERWAY! 🔨

We’re excited to share the beginning stages of another Perry’s Custom Homes project right here in Spotsylvania, VA!

The foundation walls are poured, site work is moving along, and the footprint of this beautiful custom home is officially taking shape. This stage may not have the cabinets, flooring, or finishing touches yet—but this is where the dream really starts becoming a home. 💪🏠

There’s a lot that happens before the first wall is ever framed: excavation, footings, foundation work, drainage, utilities, waterproofing, backfilling and more. A strong home starts with a strong foundation, and we love showing the work that goes into every step of the process.

Next up, we’ll continue working our way out of the ground and toward framing. Stay tuned—this one is going to be exciting to watch come together!
