Our landscape design services begin with a look at the project goals in order to develop a design program. A budget analysis also guides design decisions about the project scope and possible phasing. After a site inventory, we start designing a landscape that works with the site and meets the homeowner’s needs. An initial landscape concept is then refined to a final design. Construction details and specifications ensure that the design moves smoothly from paper to reality. Landscape Construction

Pacific Garden Design provides the complete range of landscape construction services, providing all the oversight and coordination to make each project a success. Our talented crews and subcontractors work together to create a beautiful landscape that enhances the lives of our clients. All of Pacific Garden Design’s landscape construction projects begin with the preparation of a cost estimate. From there we are able to develop a list of project milestones and a timetable for when each milestone will be completed. As construction begins, the landscape is readied by removing any unwanted plant material or debris and preliminarily grading the site. Pacific Garden Design then orchestrates the installation of retaining walls, landscape boulders, and other major design elements. Walkways, patios, and driveways further define the space, which is finished with plant material, sod or hydroseeding, and their respective irrigation systems. Final touches, such as ornamental pots and sculptures, go in, and Pacific Garden Design performs a last inspection with the homeowner to identify any remaining details to be addressed. All plant materials are under warranty for one full year and include material and replacement. All hardscape materials are under warranty for two full years and include material and replacement.
