This is a bit of a vulnerable post 🫣 This is what my hands look like every morning when I wake up…. I have always had a hard time with sweating a bit more than usual. I also suffer from nightmares due to my ptsd that give me night sweats but never this bad. im starting some new medications and now I spend all night shivering no matter how may blankets I have and wake up throughout the night tortured by soaking wet sheets not wanting to get up and change them because I know if I do I won’t fall back asleep. So I force myself to suffer through it and I’m at my wits end! Has anyone else experienced this before? Is there anything I should try other than bundling up or hot tea before bed? Any advice is welcome ❤️
