Dear Priestlakers,
Happy June! The trees are finally budding and everything is taking on that beautiful spring in the Pacific Northwest look. We are certainly surrounded by incredible beauty in this region!
I am so excited to announce that the new billing portal is open for business. You should have received an e-mail last Friday with a PDF attachment outlining how to set up your account. Here are a few tips if you haven't had a chance to set up yet.
1. There is a blue hyper-link just under the first paragraph that will take you to the portal, https://myportal.moosebytes.net/
2. Once there click on "New Portal User? Register an account here!" (no need to enter user name or password yet).
3. Next, enter the e-mail address that you received the New Billing Portal Open For Sign-Up into the Email Address Field and click on the blue box labeled Look up Email Address.
4. You will receive a new e-mail titled "Your MooseBytes customer portal account creation." (you might have to be a little patient this can take a few minutes)
5. One final note on the portal, if you are an autopay customer, once you have set up your account you will need to add the credit card you want to use. Once the credit card is entered you can slide the little button over that reads "Automatically charge this card for all future invoices." or click Add new credit card and at the next page enable the autopay button.

Technical Support hours are e daily, and weekends from 10 am to 8 pm. Any calls received between 8 pm and 8 am will be returned the following day during business hours. Please remember when calling after hours and weekends to select option 4 and follow the prompts.
